With over ten years of educational experience, specializing in contemporary, modern, ballet, jazz, tap & musical theater, my lessons are designed for each individual student. As a professional dancer, my performance and creative endeavors are integral to my teaching style, rooted in classical techniques while encouraging individuality, exploration, and freedom of movement. I’ve worked with students from age 5-75, and varying dance backgrounds. No matter what your dance goals are, I’m here to help you achieve them! Let’s dance!

Hi, I’m Emily! I’m a certified yoga teacher and dance educator. I’ve danced professionally all over the country, and it’s this experience that has lead me to yoga. My yogic studies have brought me to a deep level of understanding about the body and it’s connection to the mind. As a yoga teacher, I love drawing from my dance background and vice versa. It’s my goal to work holistically with my students to help them achieve their goals.

Emily is such a great yoga teacher. Her flow is awesome, and I always feel energized, relaxed and more joyful after her classes!! I would keep taking her classes as long as she offers them!
