Elizabeth has taught Ballet, Pointe, Contemporary, Modern, and Jazz to students of all ages and abilities since 2008. She has directed Summer and Winter Intensives and productions of The Nutcracker at The Dance Project in Whitestone. She trained at the Joffrey Ballet School and French Academie of Ballet and danced professionally with Ajkun Ballet Theatre in NYC. She has also trained with Desmond Richardson, Roman Zhurbin, Africa Guzman, and Nadege Hottier. Elizabeth's teaching style depends entirely on the student, for she believes that every dancer requires an individual approach in order to reach their full potential. She has taught absolute beginners of all ages, to advanced dancers looking to refine their craft or have a piece set on them. She can mimic an audition style class to help prepare for high school, college, or company auditions, clean and tweak dances in preparation for competitions, and give professional, private classes in any genre on par with those found in NYC!

I have been taking Elizabeth's classes (modern, jazz, and ballet) for several years and more recently have started private ballet lessons as well. Elizabeth is passionate and enthusiastic, and gives each of her students the personal attention they deserve and the motivation to become the best dancer they can be. She quickly identifies what needs to be worked on and provides her students with the tools they need to improve both technically and artistically. She is incredibly knowledgeable, supportive, and experienced. I have never had a better teacher, one who genuinely cares about her students and her art. Most importantly for me, I am an adult who dances only for myself and she encourages me to continue doing what I love and inspires me to be a better dancer. I have improved dramatically since having her as my teacher. I couldn't recommend anyone better to educate dancers of any age!!

Miss Elizabeth has been my dance instructor for the past 8 years, and has not only taught me the techniques of ballet, jazz and modern dance, but has also inspired me to be the best dancer that I can be. Her wisdom and dedication to this art form paired with her unending enthusiasm has made me the dancer I am today. Her training helped me to acquire an acceptance to a Joffrey Ballet Summer Intensive in 2013. I had never dreamed of growing as much as a dancer, and as a person, until I met Miss Elizabeth. If you're looking to broaden your horizons in the art of dance and to grow as an athlete, Miss Elizabeth is the person to help you achieve your goals.

Miss Elizabeth has been my teacher for 9 years now and she has taught me everything I know about dance and more! She is an amazing teacher and she encourages me to work hard in dance class every week. She is a beautiful dancer and I am proud to call her my idol. She helps me when I have trouble understanding a step and is very patient. She encourages you to ask questions when you are confused and this has helped me boost my self esteem. She will never let you give up on something because she has faith in each and every-one of her students. She is a hard worker and always makes class fun. Miss Elizabeth is a outstanding teacher and I have learned a lot from her and I highly recommend her is you're looking for a dedicated, talented instructor!
