I am a certified music educator with 28 years of teaching experience, and a Masters Degree in Music. I am a member of the National Flute Association, Louisiana Flute Society, Texas Flute Society, the National Association for Music Education, the Louisiana Music Educators Association, and the Louisiana Bandmasters Association. Over the years, my students have earned membership in district, state, and national honor bands, as well as earning university music scholarships. I teach flute and piccolo students of all age and ability levels, from beginners through advanced players.

I love playing the flute! And I enjoy teaching students to play the flute as much I enjoy performing. I am a dedicated teacher with a positive attitude and I love to build up my students' confidence in their abilities.
