I have been teaching for over 20 years, and I am well versed in playing/teaching many different styles of music. During my lessons I encourage students to be themselves and come to the lesson ready to learn. Each student is different in that sense of the word. All the students I have learn at their own pace, I encourage students to learn all they can about music, and I refuse to compare one student to the other, every student is different. *** Studio Equipment *** Studio spaces: basic room set-up, chairs, music stands, additional seating for parents, amps can be provided. *** Travel Equipment *** I can bring my own instrument and amplifier, I expect students to do the same. *** Specialties *** I like to teach both notation and theory, I am flexible as far as the individual student goes, I usually rely on the Mel Bay books or any other book for that matter,plus, whatever music they would like to learn.
