Dance with Darrica J.

Hello my name is Miss Darrica J! I am a passionate dancer and teacher! I have been dancing for 12 years now and don't plan on stopping! I started dance at Karma's Dance Factory in Baltimore, MD. From there I went to further my education at New Town High School, then to Coppin State University. I am the co-founder and lead choreographer of Anointed Movement dance ministry where we have ministered around the DMV area. I am a previous member of Torch Dance Company based in Maryland. While dancing for the company I was also served on the board committee, providing support for the director and team members. Currently I teach ballet, jazz, hip hop and tap at Ssupreme Dance Studio. Other than dance I graduated from Fortis institute in 2019 for massage therapy. My passion is in helping others heal and grow! This class is not so much about technique as it is confidence! In this class we will sweat, tone, learn how to whine our hips and most importantly build a connection/relationship with our bodies! If this is what you are working towards, look no further!
