About Carly H.
I am a life health enthusiast interested in mastering the human system. In 2014 I graduated from Stephen F. Austin State University in Nacogdoches, Texas. I have been so passionate about inspiring healthy living around the world. I am devoted to helping you master your human system. It may be challenging but if you make it to the other side something magnificent is waiting for you.
Students can expect to learn something new every lesson. Be ready to improve week to week in your technique. Not only will we explore unique asana combinations but we will incorporate breathing practices and focus techniques for building a balanced body and mind. I teach students to focus on the breath to carry the body to the desired goal. You will receive proven strategies for success in your practice. The benefits from a consistent effective yoga practice go beyond a blissful body and a more blissful mind. With commitment, you can conquer your suffering. I want you to feel the progress not only in your body but in your life. Through the lessons, you will gain incredible life skills to carry into your everyday world. I have four pillars to successfully lead you to a meditative state.
I have danced for 26 years in dance studios, high school dance team, college dance team, and NBA G league. I have competed at NDA College Dance Nationals in Daytona Beach, Florida; finishing my best in 2nd place two years in a row. I am excited to help any dancer at any age or level develop new techniques to carry them in whatever avenue they would like to pursue.
I teach my clients in my own yoga studio in Des Moines, Iowa or I can come to you in the comfort of your space. I love to work with all kinds of athletes to better their body & breath control and the full use of their human system.
I want to create a space for you of trust, honesty, open communication, open heart, and mind. I love to mentor people to live a more inspired healthy life. Consider joining me for an experience to explore yourself through a whole new lens.
