Hello! I'm Cam and I just graduated from the highly acclaimed Frost School of Music at the University of Miami with a degree in Studio Music and Jazz Guitar Performance. I have been playing guitar for 12 years and have had many experiences as a teacher, band leader, and sideman. Growing up I was blessed to have teachers that were engaging, insightful, and committed to helping me realize my potential as a guitar player. Because of this I was able to attend one of the top 3 jazz conservatories in the nation, win two student downbeat awards, and play with such artists as Lalah Hathaway, Dave Liebman, Becca Stevens and more. Now as a graduate of my classical training it's time to give back to my community and bring the same level of engagement, insightfulness, and commitment that was given to me to every student no matter the age or proficiency. By booking me I will make it my number one priority to realize the potential of every student with linear and personalized lesson plans wether it is a one off lesson or a continued endeavor!
