History is the story about our parents, grandparents, grand-grandparents and so on. Is about how did they live, how did they died and what did they accomplish.

History is about where they build their houses, how did they get along with their neighbors, what stupid mistakes they made and how they fixed them and all other little things that makes a life.

History is about your ancestors. They could have been gold mine diggers, farmers, presidents or kings, teachers, healers or priests.

My teaching method is to make you understand how we became what we are today. If you learn this, then you will not only pass the exams but you may fall in love with the past.

Because to foresee the future you must know the past.

I am a certified history teacher, a writer and a bookseller.
I earned my B.A. in history while in my native country, Romania. My teachers showed me that without knowing my past I cannot understand the present and prepare for the future. Maybe that’s why I ended up as a journalist for more than ten years.
I spent the last ten years in Minnesota, learning the language and meeting wonderful people. I wrote and published a book, while selling other books for readers.
History proved to be my real passion and I am here to guide you through its intricate ways.
In my spare time I write books and make bookmarks. I also work as a bookseller in a bookstore.

Substitute Teacher

I love teaching. I love the spark in young children's eyes when they learn something new and interesting, a awe when they finally understand a hard concept, the curiosity that follows.
I love the passion with witch middle-school students plunge into a new field of studies.
I love the intellectual concentration and slightly detached academic interest of teenagers when they immerse themselves in a subject.
Nothing is more rewarding for a substitute teacher then seeing the light of knowledge burning in their children's eyes. (this description, slightly cheesy, is, though, true!!!)
