Cello with Adrienne C.

Hi future cello lovers! My name is Adrienne C. and I can't wait to meet you! I have been playing cello for 17 years (!) and have played in numerous orchestras and ensembles throughout the Indy area. I've been teaching private lessons since October 2016 and have loved helping my students become more confident, take initiative, and learn all the fundamentals necessary to become great cellists. I went to DePauw University and earned a degree in English in 2011. While I was there I studied under Eric Edberg, Craig Pare (music education), and Orcenith Smith. I'm an outgoing and goal-oriented person and my teaching style is methodical, modern, and most of all - fun! I develop a personalized curriculum for the student that lays out goals and time frames to either become acquainted with, become comfortable with, or master the cello.
