A multifaceted piece of software, Adobe Photoshop can be used for tasks as simple as editing a photo, or as complex as rendering a fully new piece of artwork. At the beginner level, I will instruct on basic functionality, working with students to complete a variety of introductory tasks. As the student's skill increases, I will work with them to master specific tool sets related to their area of interest.

Learn how to manipulate images and apply thousands of combinations of effects to make anything from very high quality advertisements to designing beautiful websites, I have used Photoshop for just about everything, and I can teach you how to be a very effective Photoshop master.

I have an extensive knowledge of Photoshop, its tools and how to implement them to create final images. From basic Graphic Design Layouts with typography to complete Digital image manipulations and Photo Retouching I am prepared and equipped with the knowledge to guide you on learning this fantastic digital image processing tool to create your visions into reality.

We can cover anything from graphic design to photo editing. I have over 6 years of experience working with photoshop.

I have been a professional photographer for the past 8 years, providing portraiture, retail and commercial photography services. Adobe Photoshop is an integral part of my workflow and I spend hours a day using it to retouch my photographs as well as create graphic layouts including flyers, postcards, ads, etc.

I structure my lessons to make sure students learn the retouching skills they are hoping to master for their particular projects while providing a strong foundation in principals of using the software, including use of the plethora of tools, making sure the finished product looks natural and realistic, and of course exploring creativity.

Experienced Photoshop teacher of 6 years available for eager students of all experience, levels and ages! I adjust and build my lesson structure so students learn what they are interested in and want to learn, while building strong foundations of basic image manipulation/adjustment skills. I specialize in fashion, print design and magazine photo/illustration artistry, typically use real life applications as examples, and have Adobe Creative suite on my laptop available to use during lessons.

Students can learn the basics of Photoshop and all its applications in the professional world. Students can choose to learn graphic design, photo editing, drawing and animation or a combination of these. Lessons are structured around the student's desired application of photoshop

I can offer beginner/intermediate Photoshop tutorials, walking you through removing unwanted background objects, adding eye-catching text, basic color correcting, etc. All ages welcome. Lessons are customized and catered to the needs/goals of each student. You will have a functional knowledge of Photoshop in no time! (*For my lessons, I use Photoshop Elements 14, a less complicated version of Photoshop Pro.)

NTV has grown to become a staple in Northside’s community and has brought about positive changes to the culture of the school. My master's thesis based on this course entitled, “Media Production and its Role in Preparing High School Students to be 21st Century Learners”, provides data on how our program has brought new skill-sets to the senior cohort.
