Hi! My name is Alfredo, a software development professional with years of experience working for Fortune 500 companies. I have a passion for product development, software development, project management, personal finance strategies, personal productivity systems, automation systems, and artificial intelligence.

I enjoy sharing my experience and knowledge in these areas. I present the subject matter in a clear, concise, and objective manner. I share the hands-on knowledge I have acquired through years of working in these domains. My lessons are filled with concrete examples and advice drawn from years of experience.

During these sessions we will focus on the project you are working on.  We will use MS Project as our scheduling tool in a way that helps you plan.  We will consider where you are in the project life cycle and help you move your project forward.  Your success is the focus of each lesson.  This is project management coaching.

I am a project manager.  Planning is in my DNA.  My role is to help teams be successful in planning and completing project work.  I have been planning for over 2 decades as a project / program manager.   I can coach you in the processes for initiation, planning, and completing projects.  I use the methods that work best for you, your team, culture, and experience.  I have worked in several industries including state government, healthcare, transportation, aerospace, and military.

I am currently teaching MS Project at SPSCC, helping teams complete projects with my consulting company "Veteran Project Management" and SCUBA diving.
