I have been learning music theory since
the mid-70s. I became an assistant to composer and author of "The Lydian Chromatic Concept of Tonal Organization" copyrighted by George Russell. I also leaned music theory traditionally. Students can learn all definable chord types, intervals and rhythms etc. I am a composer, guitarist and percussionist, who has the ability to share this information with my students !

Gregg was my musical instructor during the early 1980ties. What I learned in a few lessons with him was more that I could have expected. I was primarily focused on percussion, of which his vast knowledge was highly dynamic. I learned about poly-rhythms, Indian ti-hies, and complex time signatures. He had available much reference material that he provided me. And over the years his musical insights have not only supplemented my inquiries, but made me a better musician and person. I hope you have a chance to study with Gregg, as you will be introduced to a new and better way of musicianship!

"Rachel teaches both of our girls (ages 10 & 7) piano and our oldest also takes voice lessons. Our girls are very different; and yet she is patient and engaging, knowledgeable and creative in different ways with both of them. The lessons seem to fly by because they are so engaged and have a lot of fun. She has provided a wealth of resources and guidance. We highly recommend taking lessons with Rachel."

"I’ve been writing songs with Bob on and off since 1989, I think it was. He’s the best: inventive – lyrically and melodically; with a deep understanding of musical structure and a wealth of experience. Our songs have aired on several cable shows and songs of mine he produced and played on were used on NBC, ABC, FOX, public television, as well as on German TV, Sirius, and radio stations around the world. You’ll get what you paid for: Bob’s the real deal.

“First-rate compositions,” wrote Ken Tucker ("Entertainment Weekly" and radio’s "Fresh Air") of Williams’ songs. Both "Publishers Weekly" and "School Library Journal" highly recommend Williams’ two CDs for children. "One out of thousands!” wrote a reviewer for Europe’s "Radio Marabu" of Williams’s pop/folk-rock CD, “...true, honest music…a priceless treasure for a lifetime.”"

"Highly recommend for children of any age!

I am writing to recommend the talent and abilities of Kit R., music instructor. Kit was able to provide a basic, age appropriate, introduction to music curriculum for my 4 year old and beginner piano curriculum for my 8 year old. Because of Kit’s energy and ability to connect with children, she has ignited a passion for music my children may not otherwise have. I would highly suggest Kit for children of any age, regardless of the child’s knowledge or experience with music.

"Fawn is an amazing vocal coach. I took a few lessons prior to recording a song, and wanted to deal with an issue with my voice.
