Japanese with Yoko F.

みなさん、こんにちは。 Hi everyone! My name is Yoko. I used to live in the UK when I was younger and I studied English language and literature as a university student in Japan. Also while living in Japan I was a English teacher for children age between three and twelve years old. I moved to the States about 4 years ago and I started teaching Japanese online last year. To be honest, it is more challenging than I thought to teach my mother language but it is really fun and it makes me so happy to see my students' Japanese skills getting better and better every time I meet with them. I, myself look forward to taking courses to improve my skills at teaching Japanese from March. I couldn't express myself in English at all when I first moved to the UK so I know how hard it is to learn another language through my experiences, but I also know how fun can be!
