I'm a Senior Financial Professional with expertise in busines best practices, Processes, Internal Controls, SOP, SOD design & implementation.  Has 20 yrs of teaching experience, started tutoring in 2002, became a Berlitz instructor in 2012 honored as instructor of the yr in 2013 and have been teaching Accounting & Business courses in a Miami College since 2018. I have graduate studies in Forensic Accounting & International Accounting-Finance. Posse triple bachelor in Accounting, HR & Management. Graduated Cum Laude.  Started my career in 2003 and have worked my way up from clerical roles to Financial Leadership: Controller, VP & Exec level roles. I possess vast knowledge in change management, in Finance transformation, processes & business improvement. Because I started at entry roles and working my way up to executive roles, I have an understanding from all levels and how one area affects the other.
