Hello! I have devoted my career to the science of learning. I hold a Master's in Childhood Development, am dually certified in General & Special Education, and am a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. I work with all children, but am an expert in special education and have worked with many neurodiverse students including those with the diagnoses of ADHD, Anxiety, Apraxia, Autism, Down Syndrome, Dyslexia, Dyscalculia, Oppositional Defiance, and Sensory Processing Disorder. I am not a general tutor, I specialize in interventions for students who are struggling in specific areas. I use data analysis to modify instruction to specifically meet your child's needs. If your child has an IEP or 504 we can align our focus to meet the goals listed. I began my career as a 1:1 aide, then taught as a special ed classroom teacher, I was president of a local SEPTO and went on to become a behavior therapist working in clinics, schools, homes and the community. After leaving NY and moving to Texas, I kept my former clients by working remotely (prior to Covid), and am very comfortable with online learning. On a personal side, I now reside in Austin, Texas with my husband, daughter, and doggo!
