    About Timothy B.

I challenge my students because I believe in their ability to rise to the occasion to meet and exceed my expectations. I expect a lot from my students and I expect even more from myself. I bring seven years experience of teaching English Language Arts to middle and high school students. During this time, I have seen hundreds of students significantly improve in their reading comprehension, creative and analytical writing skills, literary analysis skills, and so much more. Nothing brings me greater joy and satisfaction than to see a student achieve such great success over the course of a school year. When I am not teaching in the classroom, I am managing Get2Act . Through Get2Act, myself and my team, teach acting, musical theatre, dance, and singing throughout the year. We have had the joy of seeing numerous performers achieve great personal growth through the work we do. In addition, I enjoy reading for pleasure, writing as a hobby, going to live concerts, theatre performances, and camping. Every day I challenge myself personally and academically to be the best I can be. I hope to help you do the same as we work together to achieve whatever your educational goals as well.
