Hello, My name is Sue Falotico, a.k.a Miss Sue, and I’ll be your child’s tutor. I have a B.A. in Child Study/Elementary Education and a M.A. in Infant-Toddler Therapeutic Special Education that I earned from St. Joseph’s College on Long Island, NY. I have over 12 years of teaching experience in grades preschool-6th. I’ve worked in public, private, and homeschool learning environments where I crafted my teaching skills to deliver engaging lessons and strategies that produced effective student outcomes. Since 2020, I’ve been teaching and tutoring on various eLearning platforms and have further developed my teaching skills and strategies to meet the needs of students in our digital age. My most recent teaching positions have been as an online 1st grade teacher for an eLearning corporation. My teaching style is rooted in a multisensory approach to learning and firmly believe that children learn best through their senses. I specialize in providing lessons that are tailored to your child’s needs and have been successful in helping struggling children meet their academic goals by closing their learning gaps.
