About Scott P.
Scott Palmer, Ph.D. is a lifelong educator. Scott has worked with adult learners for more than 20 years as an administrator and an instructor. He has taught courses in Economics, Business Ethics, Communication, and the Humanities. Palmer earned a Ph.D. from Ohio University; an M.Econ.Sc. degree from the National University of Ireland, University College Dublin; and a B.A. degree from The College of Wooster. Scott is originally from and currently lives in Central Ohio.
