I am the 2016 silver masters national champion in Olympic weightlifting. I am an educator with a BS in biology, MA in education with a premed background, minor in math/Spanish, tutoring specialist , a vegan weightlifter, personal trainer, hula hooper and a raw vegan chef for healing and for building muscle. I have been off meat since 2000 and been a raw vegan / vegan since 2006.
