    Elementary math taught by a college student they can relate to

    Hi everyone! I am a chemical engineering major at the University of Delaware. I have been tutoring children for 5 years now! I love working with kids, and I am always patient with my students. Being a student myself, I know various approaches to make sure my student doesn't feel discouraged if they are struggling with a concept. My lesson plan consists of sections where the student will watch me work through a problem, then work through problems step by step with me, and then try some on their own in order to fully grasp the concepts.

I have tutored throughout high school for various honors societies and have always enjoyed working with kids.
