Welcome to Sweden!  Experienced Swedish  teacher of 10 years. Lessons customized and catered to the needs and goals of each student. I am a native of Sweden.
Please join me for a fun filled lessons where YOU do the talking. I will help you build a solid foundation and build up your confidence.

Currently I teach Swedish to people living all over Europe.
I have been doing Swedish translations and teaching lessons for over 10 years.
I make you speak the language in your first lesson, but the lessons are always tailored to you and your goals and needs.
I know it may be difficult, maybe embarrassing and "I feel silly". We will overcome all that together. Where there is a will, there is a way.

PS: There is a 24 hour cancellation policy.

Monica is patient, knowledgeable, adaptable, and a lot of fun.  She is great at establishing the fundamentals of the language and offering practical avenues for learning, such as suggestions for appropriate Swedish podcasts and vlogs, and details that only a person who grew up in Sweden would be able to teach. Ten stars and many apples.

After two years of learning Swedish via Duolingo, I finally decided to take my interest to the next level, and I’m so happy I did. Working with Monica is both fun and challenging. Your weaknesses really become apparent when you try speaking your new language in real time but Monica is really helpful and sweet when you make mistakes. Her assignments are challenging enough to keep you progressing but not so hard that you get frustrated. I look forward to every lesson. Tusen tack, Monica.

We really liked Monica! She was always prompt with her lessons.  She recommended text and work book and where to obtain them and they have been very useful.  My daughter has learned a lot from working with her.  Monica was flexible with us during the busy summer months when we were out of school and had camps and travel, etc.  We highly recommend her.
