Duke University graduate teaching SAT math
I earned a bachelor's degree from Duke University in 1996, followed by a master's degree from Stanford University in 2001 and an MBA from Northwestern University in 2010. I have taught and tutored students for the SAT, ACT, GRE, and GMAT for 20 years. I love it! I'm also more than happy to review and edit your college admissions essays at no charge.
We will cover math problems from what I like to call "the real thing," i.e. an official SAT study guide with REAL practice tests. Although I don't require it, I do recommend that you supplement your studies by purchasing an excellent test-prep book, as well. We can discuss which one would be best for you.
Teaching has always been one of my great joys. I look forward to working with you!

About Matt D.

Hello! I have tutored students for the GMAT, GRE, and LSAT for more than 20 years, and I love helping people maximize their scores and gain admission to their first-choice school.
Standardized tests are sort of my thing... I took the GRE before I was admitted to a master's degree program at Stanford University, and took both the GMAT and the LSAT years later to gain admission to a JD/MBA program at Northwestern University.
All of my lessons are two hours long. I specialize in the quantitative sections of the GMAT and GRE, although I can offer a number of tips on the verbal sections of the tests, as well. In my LSAT lessons, I focus exclusively on the mysterious "logic games" section of the test.
Feel free to contact me. I look forward to working with you!
