    About Kimberly B.

My favorite food is anything Ethiopian. When I'm not writing, I love doing aerial silks, working on an organic produce farm, doing yoga, and cooking. I also play piano. My favorite writers are David Mitchell, Ann Patchett, John Green, Nabokov, Vonnegut, Brene Brown, and Anne Lamott. My short stories have been published in Glimmer Train, Portable Magic: An Anthology, Storychord, PANK Magazine, Used Furniture Review, Pure Francis, the Bicycle Review, and others. I have one novel under my belt and am currently working on the second. I specialize in literary fiction, but I also teach narrative nonfiction, academic writing, and occasionally genre fiction and poetry. I believe everyone has a story to tell.
