I am passionate on sharing the art and the science of health and wellness.
After working many years in the research laboratory, I developed severe lower pain back. When it was too painful to either sit at the desk or stand at the lab bench at any long stretches of time, without any aches, I made a conscious decision to take better care of my health. I began taking yoga and Pilates, and practiced meditation daily. After my lower back pain dissipated, I dedicated my study to become a Pilates Instructor. I now incorporate the science of mindfulness, and fitness therapy through yoga, barre, and Pilates to help people balance health and success. I have a PhD in Public Health and coaching training.
