The world needs YOUR voice! Learn how to overcome your fear of public speaking and to inspire others

Whether you want to be prepared to share a few words with others at a small private gathering or you dream of delivering a dynamic presentation in front of a large audience, it all starts with identifying what you want to say and to whom you will be speaking to. I will work with anyone to build their confidence by exploring the human traits common to all potential speakers and those who listen and to understand and internalize the simple but so powerful and effective rules of public speaking. Most of all, I will help you feel much more prepared to engage with others in any capacity without compromising the core of who you are. Our lessons can be a short and sweet as you would like, or can be part of a longer and dynamic conversation as you grow in your public speaking skills and confidence. Want to discover your voice? You can start by using it to reach out to me to discuss how I can be of service to you!

    About Joseph G.

Jerry Seinfeld once said, "According to most studies, people’s number one fear is public speaking. Number two is death. Death is number two. Does that sound right? This means to the average person, if you go to a funeral, you’re better off in the casket than doing the eulogy." We've all experienced the sheer dread and panic of having to speak in front of our peers, whether it was that book report in middle school, the toast at our best friend's wedding, or even a sharing of a memory of a recently deceased loved on in front of a room full of mourners. And yet, we all have something deep inside of us that we wish that we could convey with confidence and passion. We long to influence, to inspire, to challenge, to engage imagination, or to evoke empathy in the hearts of others. Yet, as Jerry Seinfeld so humorously but aptly pointed out, the mere thought of public speaking can be even scarier than death itself. It doesn't have to be this way. Over my fifty-plus years of life, I have learned the basic 'secrets' of pushing past this paralyzing fear to use my words to convey original and universal thoughts, ideas, and emotions to crowds of people gathered with a common interest. As a pastor, a trainer, and a presenter, I have had ample opportunities to speak into the lives of others. YOU have words the world needs to hear. You have unique perspectives and life experiences that someone else will be enriched by if only you can find your voice and face your fear. Let me help you.
