Create Development Tech Packs in PLM system that provide clear, accurate and comprehensive instructions with accurate POM and flat sketches, so that factories can deliver products that meet ADPL – Dillard’s standards for fit, construction and quality. • Work closely with factories to ensure that all communication is clear and on time, and that all instructions are clearly understood and followed. • Fit and evaluate all samples with Design and Production Teams in fit sessions. • Prioritize samples for fit sessions. • Prepare for and attend all fittings. • Update and check BOM’s as needed, and ensure they are complete. • Work with Designer to write comprehensive fit comments at fit sessions. • Ensure that fit comments from fit sessions are accurately recorded and communicated clearly to factories. • Communicate problems with garment construction to Production Team. • Update Tech Packs after fittings on a timely basis to ensure that Development / Production Calendar deadlines are met.

Working with the Senior tech in live fitting with the designer, taking detail notes for the rest of the team. • - Setting up production and pre-production techpacks in Excel with specs, construction details, sketches, fit photos and fit comments • -Review and measure garments against requested specs for fit and construction • -Attend L.I.P meetings with design, sales, fabric and production to discuss all styles and design callouts and report back to the rest of the tech teams • Communication with oversea factories regarding sample approvals
