From arithmetic, to algebra, to multivariable calculus, and beyond, I employ teaching methods that make mathematics intuitive and fun! With masters degrees in mathematics and physics, I have over 15 years of experience teaching at the college level. I have also worked with students as young as 10 on math skills (even younger if you count my own kids!), and have successfully worked with both struggling math-phobes as well as advanced students.

I have been teaching math, physics, and astronomy at the college level for over 15 years. I've also worked with and tutored students as young as 10 (even younger if you count my own children!). I've volunteered at the local elementary school as a STEM activities leader and creative writing instructor, and enjoy working with students of all ages.
When not teaching, I am a freelance writer, playwright, blogger, and award-winning author. I believe my ability to succeed in creative as well as analytic endeavors contributes to my ability to relate to students, regardless of where their strengths lie.
I taught a range of classes from basic math to multivariable calculus, astronomy, physics, and physical science.
Taught inaugural sections of both general and engineering physics and associated labs.
Worked with elementary and high school students on math skills.
As a graduate student, taught College Algebra, Business Calculus, and other math courses.
