I began studying Catalan before I travelled to Catalonia. Upon arriving there I realized how much Catalonians appreciated that visitors spoke their local language instead of Spanish or English. I made acquaintance with many Catalonians who praised my level of Catalan and my insight into their language and culture.
I am prepared to teach Elementary to intermediate Catalan. I have material to initiate  anyone interested into this fascinating culture.

I am a dedicated teacher whose goal is to impart his knowledge to people eager to learn new subjects. My primary goal is to make my student happy and comfortable during lessons. I avoid dogmas and I believe in interdisciplinary studies as a way to better cultivate an understanding of the world.

Fernando is a great teacher. we did classes on Skype and the class was really interesting and efficient.
