Hi I am new mom exploring teaching what I love to do: fitness and cooking. I look forward to sharing my mom and my Caribbean recipes, in hopes that you and your love ones will enjoy. Additionally, i look forward to teaching about the human body and what exercises help promote stronger joints, and leaner bodies. I believe food and fitness go hand in hand. I am not a nutritionist but i doplan on sharing what I've learned as a license therapist and personal trainer.

Donela is a great teacher! Initially I was skeptical of learning how to cook via online, but Donela was patient and made the whole experience enjoyable. I learned a lot and look forward to the lesson. Highly recommended!
