D’Juan is a Math Teacher (algebra and geometry) at Butler College Prep in Chicago. He attended DePaul University for his Bachelor's in Computer Science. He also received his MBA from Colorado Technical University and his M.Ed. from Moreland University. In addition to his role as a math teacher, D’Juan has worked with the Diversity Equity & Inclusion Committee on his campus, completed the Men of Math Fellowship through Loyola University, and facilitated a course in Data Science and Critical Math through Microsoft and Morehouse University. Currently, D'Juan is a member of the Illinois Network of Charter Schools Teacher Leadership Cohort and the Sophomore Grade Level Lead at his campus. In the future, he plans to transition from the classroom and move into an administrative role in education. In his free time, D’Juan enjoys singing with various groups and baking sweet potato pies.
