If you have ever enjoyed drawing or painting and wanted to increase your skills I can help. I am a certified elementary school teacher, a mom and a lifelong learner of art myself and I would love the opportunity to share what I know with you. I have worked with various art mediums including acrylic, watercolor, water mixable oils, jewelry, florals, and pencil.
Oil paints can sometimes be intimidating but water mixable oils give you all the creamy texture of the traditional oils with easier clean up and lower odor. I can help you with everything you need to create your own paintings and will be as hands on as you want.
Beginners can learn from the bottom up and more experienced painters can work to increase areas they wish to focus on. Regardless of you level of experience we can focus on your painting and move forward with each stroke of the brush.
Some of the things we can focus on:
Stretching your own canvases to suit sizes you want
backgrounds and clouds
paint strokes and brushes
I look forward to hearing from you. Please feel free to contact me with any questions you may have. Lessons are available online or in person.
