In my private one on one class, you will be introduced to the role of a bookkeeper and learn what bookkeeping professionals do on a daily basis. Bookkeeping focuses on the organization and recording of financial data. Accounting is the interpretation and presentation of the financial data. The course will introduce you to the accounting concepts and terms that will provide the foundation to better understand the art of bookkeeping and accounting. Each session is customized for students and will be based on a variety of subject matters focused on the accounting cycle relative to accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliation, payroll, understanding financial statements, budgeting and more.
