Calculus I: Limits, continuous functions, rate of change, derivatives, implicit differentiation, maximum and minimum points and their applications, and development and application of the definite integral.

Calculus II: Logarithmic, exponential, trigonometric and hyperbolic functions, techniques of integration, indeterminate forms, improper integrals, Taylor's formula, and infinite series.

Calculus III: Polar coordinates, vectors and parametric equations, solid analytic geometry, and the calculus of several variables.

I have been teaching mathematics at all levels since earning my Bachelor of Science Degree from Bucknell University in 1987. I am a lover of mathematics and I bring mathematics to life in a way which is understandable and enjoyable for you (or your child). I make mathematics applicable to everyday life and I utilize techniques that promote learning and skill development. I specialize in Algebra, Trigonometry, Precalculus, Calculus, Ordinary Differential Equations, Partial Differential Equations, Linear Algebra, Abstract Algebra and Numerical Analysis and my expertise extends into graduate level courses.
