My name is Dan R. and besides having over a decade full time at Microsoft, I’m also a Microsoft Certified Trainer with over 20 years experience and two years ago I was awarded the Microsoft MVP (Most Valuable Professional) in Microsoft 365 Apps & Services. I have certifications in Microsoft apps like PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook as well as Teams. I also have most of the Microsoft Fundamental certifications. I gave tours of the Microsoft Chicago Datacenter, so not only can I teach you about the cloud I can share with you what it looks like! I am comfortable making the complex understandable and fitting my lessons to where you the student are in your computer training journey.
