Cancellation, reschedule and late policy: Lesson cancellations and rescheduling are required at least 24 hours in advance before the scheduled lesson. Failure to notify me within the 24 hour period will result in a full charge for the lesson. There are no exemptions or exceptions for this policy. Thank you in advance for respecting our time. Please understand that I may open your spot to another student in need if you are unable to attend your scheduled lesson for a period of two consecutive weeks or more. I will try to be as flexible as possible, please be reasonable about my time and availability. I welcome you to reschedule with me should you lose your slot. If you are running late, please contact me by text or email before your lesson start time. We can continue with your lesson if you’re late, but a time extension will not be given for the time you missed. No refund or prorate will be given for the time you missed. Lesson end times are fixed and no extensions can be given for any reason. Please remember that signing up for lessons with me is an agreement to my polices mentioned above.
