Hi there and welcome! I am a Certified 200-Hour Vinyasa Yoga Instructor. I have been teaching for three years, mainly in the Seattle area, before moving back to the East Coast. Prior to that I received my certification at Sonic Yoga in New York, New York. I'm also an elementary school teacher having taught second, third, and fourth grade! My love for yoga began after an injury from overexercising prevented me from exercising at all. I sought to heal my injury and find new, more nourishing forms of exercise through yoga. I hope to bring the same joy and benefits of yoga to others!
