A New York native, Alicia is an accomplished classical & contemporary ballerina, modern dancer, and Broadway star. She has been trained by some of the dance worlds legends (ballet Master & legend,David Howard, Finis Jhung, Robert Ivey, Katie Langan, Arthur Mitchell, Pauline Coner, & Milton Meyers. For over 20 years, she has danced, taught, & choreographed for some of the world's top dance companies, & she's been a professor of dance and developed curriculum on the University level that evolved into an official Dance major. Alicia was a guest Master Instructor for the world renown Joffrey Ballet in Los Angeles and a touring guest artist nationally and internationally for various festivals, university programs, and concert dance companies. Additionally, Alicia is a trained expert for well over 20 years in Pilates and Yoga along with Floor Barre, and the Tae Kwon Do. Her personal in depth study and interest in Anatomy, Nutrition, Aikido and Tai Chi Principles, along with working with one of the dance world's top Physical Therapists, Sean Gallagher, has lead her to develop an entirely unique & proprietary method of training of she labels as "MovingMeditationTM", primarily based on ballet technique and the culmination of all of these disciplines and experiences.
