Chemistry with Alexandra M.

I graduated from Princeton University with a Bachelor's degree in Neuroscience. I was a student-athlete and pre-med, both of which taught me the importance of work-life balance, wellness, and a growth mindset. As result, I am passionate about creating a supportive and encouraging learning environment to help students succeed. Every student has a unique way of learning; I cater to this by implementing various resources and explanations. Moreover, I help students build intuition and understanding by establishing a strong foundation of the fundamentals of a subject. Grateful for the various resources provided to me throughout my education, I wanted to give back through tutoring. I started as a peer and group tutor for organic chemistry and introductory physics at my university. I also started tutoring high schoolers in chemistry and math. While my expertise in tutoring lies in these fields, I am also well-versed in Spanish, neuroscience, biology, and psychology. I look forward to working with you!!
