    Essays have always been one of my favorite parts of English classes. They give you the opportunity to use the way you read and understand something and argue your point so everyone else can see it your way. In real life, we don’t get to break things down and analyze them. We don’t get to carefully and thoughtfully build our arguments to make a point. Essays give us the opportunity to show our lens to other people and engage with a large pool of people who may have contradicting lenses. I can help organize your thoughts so they are clear and concise, and allow others to respond. Let’s do this!

    Hey guys, I'm Alexa. When I first started learning ASL, I had no idea how beautifully complex it was or the diverse culture it belongs to. I was watching a TV show where ASL was used frequently and I picked up a few phrases. Before I knew it, I was in love and decided I wanted to dedicate my life to serving the Deaf community by interpreting. And now, here we are. I love this language more than I've really ever loved anything, and I am excited to have the opportunity to share it with others. I currently teach levels 1-4 at the high school level as well. I just can't get enough! SO, that being said, I invite you to start your ASL journey with me. I invite you to guide me so I can teach you what you want to learn at whatever pace is comfortable for you. Let's do this!
