Public Speaking with Abraham S.

From my personal experience with battling depression as a freshman in college, I have learned the importance of using my story and experiences to educate and inspire others, whether for one-on-one conversations or while speaking to an audience. I received my Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of West Florida. With over 3+ years of learning and honing the craft of public speaking, I have learned that speaking is a skill that can be developed by anyone who is willing to learn. I am a professional mental health speaker with the nation's leading nonprofit organization supporting mental health awareness and education for young adults. I have also been privileged to speak around the country, facilitate workshops to educate and inspire over 1000+ individuals including professionals in health care organizations, for-profit organizations, nationally acclaimed non-profit agencies, college students and professors at major universities. I teach people the art of public speaking, how to craft a captivating speech, and how to deliver a speech with conviction and clarity. Personally, I am passionate about speaking to promote mental health awareness and eradicate the stigma of mental health.
