Charly is the best!

After giving birth to two children, it is not easy to get back in shape and I honestly think, that it would have not been possible if it weren't for Charly.

She is very sensitive to the health issues one faces and knows exactly what to do and what not to do. At the same time she gently pushes you enough to actually make the big difference. I am now back to the way I was before having the kids - just that now I am even little stronger.

But it is not just the strength and shape of your body, but Charly will also help you adjust for any imbalances in your body.

I was very sad when I moved from Brooklyn and was not able to take her class anymore, but I am still doing a lot from our routine, that helps me stay fit.

Pilates is a form of strength training and conditioning that is invaluable for the everyday folk to the NFL athlete. Learning proper alignment and form as well as engaging tiny muscles you didn't know existed creates a strong body on the outside and in; helping to prevent injuries and of course molding those fab abs.

Lindsay grew up dancing and had a particular interest in ballet. She studied under a Russian prima ballerina during her childhood. She has always been a lover of activity running, hiking, swimming… you name it!

Lindsay fell in love with Pilates because of how nurturing the activity feels to your body. It’s like baking your cake and eating it too! Lindsay put together mommy and me ballet lessons for my 2 year old and I. We looked forward to our lessons and she kept my daughter engaged and having fun the entire time. Over the course of a year, not only did we have a lot of fun doing ballet together, she actually learned a few basic steps and is comfortable with the rhythm of warming up, dancing, then cooling down. Having Lindsay live online was much better than a video because she interacted with Skye and could adjust the lesson to keep her involved. I enjoyed dancing with my daughter and getting a little stretch and workout in each time as well.

Kellie is very knowledgeable about nutrition, working out and exercise. She also knows a lot of mental strategies to help me stay on track. She is VERY
non-judgemental and positive. She has really good advice and I feel like she is a good teacher. She seems experienced and confident, which helps me feel confident too. After this first lesson I feel encouraged and empowered and like I chose the right teacher/coach.

Pilates & Jane changed my life. This was my first experience 12 years ago. I have scolioses since 12. I have always been very active, but now later in years, had been experiencing more back pain. I have scolioses since about 11 years of age.
Jane introduced & patently worked me in core, strengthening and lengthening work. Jane is knowledgable & encourager on all levels. She worked with me in my ballerina turnout to go parallel. I am now flexible, strong and feeling wonderful for many many years. Thank you Jane!
