Great vibes and very articulate. She goes so in depth with her explanations but also manages to do it in a very chilled and fun way. Perfect for Ableton newbies. I'd also recommend her as a teacher if you want to take your Ableton chops to a whole new level!! :D

About Daniel

What style do you want to play? I love to play it all. I mean it. So whatever moves you, we can work with that. I've played orchestral to hip-hop fusion, religious ceremonies to wine festivals, in motown, salsa, and funk bands, and with a jazz trio in a literal cave. So--it's up to you! *Lessons

Thank you Daniel!

Daniel is a great teacher. His background and knowledge on Music Theory is phenomenal and helped me take my playing and writing to the next level.

Highly recommend!
Camille
I really like Daniel. His love for music is infectious. As a teacher, he's patient, crazy smart, and easy to be around. He's also a deep thinker, which makes him really good at using simple analogy to help me understand complex concepts. It's a fun way to learn. TBH I was very surprised to leave lessons not just having learned new ways of thinking about music, but also about myself, and how I can start moving out of my own way. I recommend Daniel without hesitation.

Modern technological tools are revolutionizing the possibilities for musical artists. By learning about music production, you can have the sounds of the orchestra, rock band, and beyond all at your finger tips. I offer instruction in Ableton Live and other related software.

Depending on your goals, music production lessons can include instruction on synthesis, realistic sounding manipulation of samplers, recording, mixing and mastering. If these terms sound like Greek to you, that's fine too! All that is required for music production lessons is an interest in creating music with a computer and other pieces of music technology.

I also offer lessons in composition, music theory, arranging, and piano performance. These subjects may also be included, if applicable. On the first lesson with a new student, I'll always go over the options for potential areas of study and work with the student to develop an appropriate course of study customized to their needs and interests. Chase's compassion for the arts is contagious. My son learned so much from Chase over the last year both in person and digitally when the virus shut everything down. His ability to transition in difficult times is amazing. If you are looking for passion, patience, and raw talent, he is a perfect match!
Kate
My son loves his weekly lessons with Chase! Chase has been fantastic and is always willing to listen to what my son wants to learn and incorporate it into his lessons. I can not recommend him enough!
Sheila
Chase is an amazing music teacher. He tailors lessons to each individual student to enhance their learning based on their skills. Over the course of 2 years he taught my son who had no experience in bass guitar, how to play and helped him perform in multiple rock band groups. Above all, he is patient, kind and truly enjoys teaching.

"My first session with Jarod was great! Lots of great information, very focused session, and great experience in a very well put together studio. Jarod was also very welcoming and open to conversing about personal manners that influence my music experience. Even after our first session, I feel much more confident in mixing practices which I had not before. Looking forward to our future meeting and I would highly recommend Jarod as an instructor for anyone looking to improve their knowledge and practices in regard to production and mixing/mastering!"
