As an experienced teacher of 3 years in violin performance, I can help you improve your violin playing, no matter what your currently level of playing is. Flexibility and comfort is key to my teaching style. I work to your speed and help you improve with specific exercises and advice tailored to your abilities.
I earned my Bachelors degree in violin performance, and an continuing my studies at the Peabody Institute. My past and current teachers include: Irving Ludwig (Philadelphia Orchestra), Juliette Kang (associate concertmaster of Philadelphia Orchestra), and Qing Li (principal 2nd violin of Baltimore Symphony Orchestra).

I am a musician with expierence playing with professional orchestras and chamber groups. I have spent 5 years teaching privately and held positions teaching in the public schools. In my lessons we not only focus on having good sound, technique, and musicianship but also having fun while playing the instrument! I have acquired pop technique from a famous teacher in California. Since I am also a pianist, I can play the accompaniment for the singers. I've been teaching private / group lesson, as well as teaching and conducting orchestras and ensembles, and performing in few countries since 2008, Full-time.. I'm a certified Suzuki Teacher starting 2008. I love what I am doing, and I love working with someone, sharing my thoughts and idea, solving problems, and seeing someone grow up nurtured with good music.
I did my bachelor degree with Russian professor (Russian methods and approaches), and my Master in Violin Performing and Pedagogy with Canadian teacher, and she's using Galamian teaching. I've been working with many people from Australia, New Zealand, Indonesia, Canada, Singapore, Russia, Italy, Switz, Germany, Netherlands, and the USA. I'm part of orchestras in Indonesia, Singapore, Australia, Russia, and Canada.
