Hello im Domanique

I am a professional yoga instructor here to teach yoga to professional clients.

Do you want your mind, body, and soul to unite?

My job is to play a supportive role and make every session about the student and their needs.
I believe that I empower my students to believe in themselves and their capacity to change their physical, physiological and mental-emotional state for the better. I can do group sessions, one on ones, or personally tailored programs to meet the needs of any experience level. I love to mentor new students who are just starting out and have little to no confidence and then through my influence, they become enthusiastic and feel much better after chatting with me and completing a session.

I go into depth about more than the just the various yoga poses. I also teach the history of the pose, the benefits of the pose and the sacred Sanskrit term of the pose. Each pose has a sacred Sanskrit term that when using the actual term for the pose, you open up the full healing potential of the pose. I also teach effective breathing regimes and meditation rituals for cleansing the mind, body and soul.
