So much experience and knowledge. I feel confident after first lesson. Loving it!

Mark is a fantastic teacher. He is very patient and positive at all times. My teenage daughter and I both take lessons and he is very comfortable with our different learning styles and speeds. I particularly appreciate his focus on teaching from real songs. His attention to detail is great and I am always impressed that he is teaching us to listen and decode the chords, the strums and subtle little moments in the music. I highly recommend Mark - even for 50-something beginners like myself.

My kids (ages 6 and 4 1/2) have been getting private lessons with Mikayla for almost 2 months now and it’s been working out great. Mikayla is very professional and has the skills and patience that is required for a excellent piano teacher. She is very mature and is great with kids. My kids look forward to her coming over every week for their lessons. I highly recommend her.

My main goal in teaching lessons is to not only build a solid foundation of how to properly sing but also to help boost confidence while doing so. Ear training is a critical and valuable music skill to help one develop into a well rounded musician. I teach ear training using the classical training methods I learned at Juilliard. We study intervals, chords, scales, and work on singing simple melodies. I use fixed do solfeggio.

Great first experience! Easy to navigate! My 12 year old enjoyed Jerry and is looking forward to future classes
Amy
Jerry gives my daughter trumpet lessons online and it has been a great experience. He has a great deal of knowledge and my daughter has found his teaching method to be beneficial. Jerry is great with communication and follows up the lesson with notes and assignments. He has mixed practical with theory and there is a balance with the assignments where my daughter can also share the music that she needs to practice for orchestra. Jerry is accommodating with schedules. I can confidently say that the lessons with Jerry are quite beneficial and my daughter has great things to say about Jerry's personality as well as teaching style.

Edwin I. is a great teacher. He focuses on what you want to learn as opposed to drilling music theory and scales. While these are very important, primarily focusing on them could make it easy to lose interest in playing the instrument."

"Paul is a wonderful teacher for students who are just beginning to play. From the start he talked with my son about the types of music he liked and what specific songs he wanted to learn. He is totally excited about it and practices every day. He even formed a guitar club at his high school and goes to school early to play with his friends. This is the first activity that my son has consistently enjoyed and looks forward to each week. Paul thanks for your patience, your enthusiasm and your willingness to customize lessons to fit your students interests.. you are awesome!"
