I am a professional tuba player in the United States Air Force Band of the Golden West. When teaching students, I teach the importance of fundamentals. This includes intonation, ear training, performance technique, and how to practice efficiently. I also believe that every student is different and brings with them various personalities, and inspires them to find their own voice, giving them confidence and developing a love for music.

Mary Elizabeth D is a New York City based musical theater actress and honor graduate from Oklahoma City University with a Bachelor of Music degree in Musical Theater. She has 10 years of performance and vocal technique training and was most recently seen as Philia in Pittsburgh Public Theater’s production of A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to the Forum. Miss D has performed in leading roles in twelve productions and toured nationally. Some favorite roles include Belle in Beauty and the Beast, Cosette in Les Miserable, Luisa in The Fantasticks, and Cinderella in Into the Woods.
