Then he breaks it down and takes the speed you are comfortable in learning and does not overwhelm you. I feel very comfortable with him and I am tons more advanced then I could even imagine. I’ve only done 3 sessions so far and can’t wait to see my progress with 5 more lessons to go. Great guy on top of it:). I highly recommend Trevor to anyone.

Guitar has been a passion of mine since I was 15, and I've played in numerous bands. My first guitar teacher was Michael Knust (Fever Tree guitarist) at the Dale Mullins studio in Houston TX. I've also had the opportunity to study with legends such as Bob Brozman. Passing on the lessons I've learned to new students is my way of honoring my teachers.
My emphasis is on technique and theory while keeping the "play" aspect in mind. I'll teach you how to express yourself musically while learning song structure and playing by ear.
I've extensively studied blues guitar as well as classic rock, and I'm equally comfortable with acoustic, electric, rhythm, lead, finger picking, and slide playing. In addition to playing, I can also help you get the tone you want from your instrument with a combination of technique and equipment settings.
About Mark
The most important thing about playing guitar is having fun. Knowing how to play popular songs, jam with other musicians, and create your own songs helps you have the most fun possible. With Covid-19 still a concern, many students (and their parents) prefer video lessons. To make sure you get the

Open and individualized lessons will teach each student in a unique fashion to fit them best. Chords, theory and musical reading will be the main focus of these lessons. My individualized approach works well for many students so that they learn what they want, how they want, and see the results that they specifically are looking for
Students can expect to learn anything from basic chords to advanced theory and improvisational techniques on their instrument.
As an original artist, acoustic guitar has been one of the most important iterations of the instrument in my life. I feel that my mastery over acoustic guitar is on par with my mastery on electric guitar and acoustic guitar is my preferred instrument to teach. As a professional gigging blues/rock/indy musician I have toured while playing all forms of acoustic genres and venues, from jazz to country.
About Chris
I began teaching music professionally in 2015 and since then it has become my passion. I graduated college with a degree in music and teach professionally as my primary source of income. I regularly teach guitar and bass (4 string 5 string and fretless) as well as introductory piano and even colleg

I started playing acoustic guitar when I was seven years old. I have been playing and teaching mostly bluegrass, old time, Irish, blues, and swing jazz styles for many years. I have taught both privately and have also done various workshops at festivals. I have taught guitar multiple years for instance at the Gettysburg Bluegrass Festival in PA.
My students learn to have fun with music. Students can work on rhythms, melodies, improvisation, song writing, getting into and/or hanging on in a jam session, etc.
About Tara
I have a Masters in Education as well as having spent many years performing, teaching in one on one and group settings both privately and at music camps and festivals. I play and teach bluegrass, old time, Irish, and swing jazz styles. I like my students to really enjoy playing music and their less
