    About Varun I.

Hello! My name is Varun Iyer, and I'm currently a freshman attending Georgia Tech and pursuing a degree in Computer Engineering. I'm starting out as a professional tutor, but in the past during high school I would tutor students in various subjects in mathematics, including Precalculus and Algebra. I was also a competitor in math, attending competitions such as Mu Alpha Theta and AMC, earning trophies at both a local and national level. I have taken AP Exams such as AP Physics C and AP Calculus and have earned a 5 on those standardized exams. One reason I want to start tutoring students in STEM is because knowledge is limited and I feel that if someone excels at a certain subject, he/she should help others who need assistance. Being a competitor in mathematics is a high achievement, but what is more rewarding is teaching students the same material. I believe in teaching, and only desire to help others excel as I did in mathematics. Whatever your goal may be, I will help you reach it!
