Japanese calligraphy is a form of calligraphy, or artistic writing, of the Japanese language.
In modern calligraphy, a number of tools are used to make a composition. Most basic four tools were collectively called Four Treasures of the Study.
You need to purchase at Japanese store or internet store.
1. A brush
2. An ink stick (sumi).
3. Mulberry paper (washi)
4. An ink stone (suzuri) to grind the inkstick against, mixed with water.
5. A paper weight (bunchin) to hold the paper in place
6. A cloth (shi ta ji ki) to place under the paper (often newsprint is used as well) to prevent ink from bleeding through.

I can teach you how to make money with Calligraphy and Hand Lettering.
I start out with nomenclature, then I go into the basics of composition, flourishes, tracking, and anatomy. Then I get into skeletal stroke order for Serif, Sans Serif and Script (focusing on whichever one the student wants), and I provide more in depth training in each specific style of interest.
I also can teach you hand lettering which is different from Calligraphy in that the rules are much looser and it is very stylized, and is a lot more fun.
