Centered, joyful, and vibrant, Yuran is a yogi, Vipassana meditator, painter, and designer who lovingly apply all the wisdom and awareness she obtains from her lineages into her life and her actions, celebrating and navigating the ocean of earthly polarities and spiritual expansiveness with a true and balanced heart. She gracefully brings her inspiration and creative energy into her classes with love, joy, and humility. She is a student of meditation teacher Goenka ji and Yogi Guru Singh and shares their dedication to create awareness and harmony in her environment. Rooted herself in the principles of Yoga, Buddhist meditation, and beyond all, the observation of her own soul and her relationships with all, she is living the experience of Oneness and continues to manifest miracles, beauty and art within and around her.
